Location: Remote (USA Preferred)
Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
Respond to customer queries via email and live chat, provide product information, and resolve issues with empathy and speed.

  • Problem-solving mindset and tech-savvy

Digital Marketing Coordinator

Location: Remote / New York-Based Preferred
Type: Part-Time to Full-Time
Job Summary:
Manage email campaigns, paid ads, and social media channels to increase visibility and conversions.

Key Requirements:

  • 1–2 years in digital marketing or social media
  • Familiarity with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, or Klaviyo
  • Creativity, data-driven approach, and design sense

Inventory & Fulfillment Associate

Location: Brooklyn, NY
Type: On-site / Part-Time
Job Summary:
Assist with receiving inventory, order packing, shipping coordination, and maintaining product accuracy.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to lift and handle packages
  • Experience with inventory tools a plus
